The YTXL series combined deodorization tower is a scientific combination of a packed tower and a plate tower, and has the dual advantages of a packed tower and a plate tower. The high-temperature hot oil first enters the packing section, and contacts the stripping steam from bottom to top in a thin film countercurrent on the surface of the packing to remove free fatty acids, residual solvents and other various low-volatile components in the oil.

Decolorization Tower

The JTSD series decolorizing tower uses the principle of adsorption decolorization, with activated clay as the adsorbent, to remove pigments and other impurities in the oil under vacuum and heating. The oblique stirring uses a screw blade, which is fully stirred; the steam circulation uses superheated steam, the material rolls evenly, avoids dead corners and short circuits, and completely eliminates vacuum leakage points. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a liquid level automatic control device, which reduces the human factors of process operation to a minimum on the basis of ensuring continuous and reliable operation.
